I got a deal tonight that will make even my green friends jealous.
I bought 9 pkgs (10 oz ea.) of Cascadian Farms frozen organic blueberries for $4.54 at Super Target. They were on clearance for $1.48 ea and I had $1 off coupons. Woohoo!
I think we will be having blueberry pancakes for breakfast tomorrow!

Great score!!! I am so jealous, but happy for you.
Oh, that's awesome. My kids love those, I just rinse them with warm water and give them a big old bowl. They always looks so cute with purple all over their faces!!
I will have to try that. I am sure Andrew will love them. The only problem with him is that he has a habit of grabbing his hair when his hands are covered in something.
His hair had a blue tint to it for a week after his birthday. Blue frosting is the worst.
It's smoothie time!!!
My fav:
1 c yogurt
1 c frozen berries
1/2 c all bran cereal
2 scoops protein powder
Put it all in a blender, whirl till smooth, serve immediately. Makes enough for 2 healthy servings or 3 moderate servings. Breakfast of champs - a perfect balance of protein, carbs and fat to start the day off.
I also love frozen blueberries to just nosh on plain. Or I put them in a crystal water goblet and squirt on a little whipped cream if I'm feeling like a fancy lady.
*snort* Fancy lady!!
I don't have crystal, so I guess I just have to be plain lady. *pouty lips*.
I need to get the ingredients for that because it sounds awesome and lord knows I need to try to eat breakfast.
Sorry, the fancy lady thing makes me think of fancy feast where the cat eats out of a crystal goblet.
Meow!
Purrrrrrrrr......
